Welcome to Rywen USA (the “Company”). By accessing our website (www.rywenusa.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Rywen USA provides residential and commercial industrial services, including but not limited to:

• Attic Insulation and Inspection

• Attic and Crawl Space Cleaning

• Pest Proofing and Rodent Exclusion

• Crawl Space Encapsulation

2. Estimates and Proposals

• Accuracy: Estimates provided are based on initial inspections. Should hidden conditions (e.g., structural rot, extreme biohazards, or electrical issues) be discovered during the project, Rywen USA reserves the right to pause work and provide a revised estimate.

• Validity: Written proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.

3. Customer Obligations & Property Access

• Access: The customer must provide safe and clear access to the attic, crawl space, or work area at the scheduled time.

• Preparation: It is the customer’s responsibility to remove personal belongings from work areas. Rywen USA is not responsible for moving furniture or heavy items unless specifically included in the contract.

• Utilities: The customer agrees to provide necessary utilities (electricity and water) required to complete the services.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 to 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations.

• Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee to cover labor and logistical costs already committed.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior financing or net-terms have been established.

• We accept [Insert Payment Methods: Credit Cards, Checks, etc.]. Late payments may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by law.

6. Limited Warranty & Liability

• Workmanship: Rywen USA warrants that all services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.

• Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover damage caused by pre-existing structural issues, unforeseen plumbing/electrical leaks, or subsequent “acts of God” (flooding, earthquakes, etc.).

• Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rywen USA’s liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

7. Safety and Hazardous Materials

• Our technicians follow strict OSHA and safety protocols.

• If asbestos, lead paint, or significant mold is discovered that was not part of the original scope, Rywen USA may require professional remediation by a third party before work continues to ensure the safety of our crew and your home.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on rywenusa.com, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Rywen USA and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use our branding without express written consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the nearest courts near our office building 456 Hester St, San Leandro, CA 94577.
