# Rywen Insulation Inc.

> Rywen Insulation Inc. is a family-owned, CSLB-licensed insulation contractor serving homeowners across the San Francisco Bay Area since 2020. Owner Roni Galicia leads a family crew specializing in attic insulation, crawl space encapsulation, rodent exclusion, insulation removal, and air sealing across the East Bay, Peninsula, and Marin County.

## Full Company Overview

Rywen Insulation Inc. was founded in 2020 by Roni Galicia, who named the business after his two sons, Ryan and Owen. The company is headquartered at 456 Hester St, San Leandro, CA 94577, and operates across a wide East Bay and Peninsula service area. Roni's brothers -- Axel, Anibal, and Tony -- run estimating, field crews, and quality control. All field work is performed by this in-house family team. Rywen does not use subcontractors on any project.

Licensed under CSLB #1140414 with a C-2 Insulation Contractor classification, Rywen installs California Title 24-compliant attic and crawl space insulation systems. The company is also accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Most homeowners call Rywen after discovering rodent activity (noises, droppings, odors) or noticing high PG&E bills and drafty rooms. Rywen solves these problems at the source, removing contaminated insulation, sanitizing the space, sealing all rodent entry points, and restoring proper insulation R-value.

The Rywen customer journey begins with an on-site inspection by Axel Galicia, who delivers a same-day estimate. After the crew completes the work, Tony Galicia performs a quality follow-up inspection seven days later. If the space is confirmed clean, the customer receives a 2 to 3 year warranty. If additional work is needed, Anibal or Walter resolve the issue and Tony returns for a final inspection before the warranty is issued.

Rywen focuses exclusively on detached single-family homes. The company does not service townhomes or attached units. They do not routinely service San Francisco, South San Francisco, or Daly City due to the attached-home construction common in those areas.

### Crawl Space Encapsulation: What Bay Area Homes Actually Need

**Summary:** Musty smells and high humidity usually start under the house. Here is how Bay Area crawl spaces go wrong and what encapsulation actually fixes.

**Content:**

Most people never set foot in their crawl space. It is a low, dark, dirt-floored gap under the house that exists to be ignored. The problem is that the air down there does not stay down there, and in the Bay Area that space spends much of the year damper than anyone realizes. By the time a musty smell reaches the living room, the crawl space has usually been working against the house for a while. The good news is that a wet crawl space is a solvable problem. The trick is understanding why it gets wet in the first place, and knowing the difference between a quick patch and a real fix. The air in your house starts lower than you think Houses breathe from the bottom up. Warm air inside the home rises and escapes through the upper levels and the attic, and as it leaves, it pulls replacement air in from the lowest openings in the house. For a home over a vented crawl space, a lot of that makeup air comes straight up from the crawl space through gaps around plumbing, ductwork, and the subfloor. Building scientists call this the stack effect, and it runs continuously. The practical meaning is simple: whatever is in your crawl space air, moisture, mold spores, musty odors, the smell of damp earth, a meaningful share of it ends up in the air your family breathes upstairs. A crawl space is not a sealed box separate from your home. It is the basement of your indoor air. Why Bay Area crawl spaces stay damp Open vents were meant to dry the space out. In a humid climate they often do the opposite. Two things conspire against us here. First, much of the Bay Area, including the East Bay around San Leandro and Hayward, sits on expansive clay soil. The U.S. Geological Survey describes the shrink-swell behavior of these clays: they soak up water and swell during the wet season, then dry and shrink in summer. That seasonal cycle pushes ground moisture up into crawl spaces every winter and spring. Second, the standard fix that builders used for decades, open foundation vents, does not work the way it was supposed to. The idea was that outdoor air would dry the space out. In a humid climate it often does the opposite, pulling damp outside air in to condense on cool surfaces. Field research by Advanced Energy, conducted for the U.S. Department of Energy, found that vented crawl spaces in humid conditions stayed above 80 percent relative humidity for much of spring and summer, while sealed, closed crawl spaces held below 65 percent. The vents were importing the problem. What moisture does down there, and to you Above 19 percent moisture content, surface mold can bloom on framing in as little as 48 hours. Sustained dampness is where the real damage starts. The EPA’s guidance is clear that indoor relative humidity should stay below 60 percent, ideally between 30 and 50 percent, because…

### 5 Red Flags to Watch For When Hiring an Insulation Contractor in California

**Summary:** Before you sign, run these five checks. How to verify a California C-2 license, spot an illegal deposit, and avoid an uninsured crew in your attic.

**Content:**

Insulation work happens in the parts of your house you never see. The attic, the crawl space, behind the walls. That is exactly what makes it easy for a corner-cutting contractor to get away with a bad job, because you will not find the gaps until your bills creep back up or a rodent finds the same hole again. Picking the right company matters more here than the price on the bid. The losses are not small, either. The Federal Trade Commission reported that Americans lost more than $12.5 billion to fraud in 2024, and the Better Business Bureau ranks home improvement scams among the riskiest for homeowners over 65. So before you hand over a deposit, here are five red flags worth knowing. Red flag 1: A license number you cannot verify California’s license board lets anyone verify a contractor for free in two minutes. In California, any insulation job worth doing legally requires a licensed contractor. As of January 2025, the threshold for needing a license dropped so that almost any real project applies. Unlicensed work is only allowed when the entire job, labor and materials together, comes in under $1,000, needs no building permit, and uses no employees. A genuine attic or crawl space insulation job clears that bar easily, so it should be handled by a licensed contractor. The right classification for this trade is a C-2 license, which California defines as an insulation and acoustical contractor. The good part is that you do not have to take anyone’s word for it. The Contractors State License Board lets you check any license for free online, including whether it is active, bonded, and carrying workers’ comp. If a bid does not list a license number, or the number does not check out, stop there. We list ours and we want you to verify it. Red flag 2: A deposit bigger than the law allows This one is a bright line, and it catches a lot of scams. California caps the down payment a home improvement contractor can ask for at $1,000 or 10 percent of the contract price, whichever is less. Not whichever is more. Less. So on a typical insulation project, the legal deposit is modest. If someone wants a large cash payment up front “to order materials” or “to lock in the price,” that is both against the law and a classic pattern in home improvement fraud, where the deposit disappears and the work never finishes. A legitimate contractor runs on a fair schedule of payments tied to progress, not a big bag of cash before the first staple goes in. California caps the down payment at $1,000 or 10 percent of the price, whichever is less. Anyone demanding a big deposit up front is already a red flag. Red flag 3: No written contract California requires a written contract for any home improvement project over $500. A handshake and a verbal promise on an attic job is not just informal, it leaves you with…

### Insulation Rebates in California: A 2026 Reality Check

**Summary:** The federal insulation tax credit expired at the end of 2025. Here is what Bay Area homeowners can still use in 2026, including BayREN's EASE program.

**Content:**

Current as of June 2026. Rebate and tax-credit programs change often, so confirm the latest details on each program’s official page before you plan a project. For a few years, paying for attic insulation came with a nice federal kicker. You did the work, you claimed a tax credit, and the government covered a slice of the cost. A lot of homeowners built that credit into their budget. As of 2026, that math no longer works the way it used to, and it is better to hear it now than after the job is done. The local picture is brighter than the federal one. There is still real money available for Bay Area homeowners, you just have to know where it actually lives now. First, the part people need to hear: the federal credit is gone The 25C federal credit ended for any work placed in service after December 31, 2025. The Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit, known as 25C, used to cover 30 percent of qualifying insulation and air-sealing costs, up to $1,200 a year. It was scheduled to run through 2032. It did not make it. The law signed in July 2025 moved up the expiration date, and the IRS now states the 25C credit is not allowed for any property placed in service after December 31, 2025. “Placed in service” is the strict part. The work had to be finished and in use by the end of 2025, not just paid for or under contract. So if you are insulating your attic in 2026, the federal credit is not available to you. Any article or contractor still promising a 30 percent federal write-off for this year is working from old information. We would rather you plan around what is true. The good news: BayREN’s EASE program is alive and local BayREN’s EASE program covers 80 percent of core weatherization for eligible Bay Area homes. Here is where Bay Area homeowners get a break that most of the country does not. BayREN, the regional energy network run by the nine Bay Area counties, operates the EASE Home program, and it is built around exactly the work we do. For income-qualified households, EASE covers 80 percent of the cost of core weatherization upgrades, which includes insulation, duct sealing, and whole-home air sealing. The homeowner’s share is capped at 20 percent of the project, and no more than $1,000 out of pocket. The program also assigns you an energy advisor, uses vetted contractors, and backs the work with a one-year warranty. For the kind of attic and crawl space work that pays you back every month afterward, that is a meaningful head start. Eighty percent of core weatherization covered, with your share capped at $1,000. That is a real local break the rest of the country does not get. Do you qualify for BayREN EASE? The program is income-qualified. To be eligible, your household income needs to be at or under 120 percent of the area median income for your…

### Why Your Bay Area PG&E Bill Is So High (and How to Lower It)

- **URL:** https://www.rywenusa.com/why-your-bay-area-pge-bill-is-so-high-and-how-to-lower-it/
- **Published:** 2026-06-16

- **Author:** Roni Galicia

**Summary:** Bay Area PG&E rates are among the nation's highest. See how much your attic is leaking and why air sealing plus insulation is the highest-ROI fix.

**Content:**

Open a PG&E bill in the Bay Area and the number tends to land somewhere between annoying and alarming. You are not paying that much because you use more power than the rest of the country. You are paying it because the rate is high and because a good chunk of the energy you buy never does its job. It heats the attic, leaks into the crawl space, and drifts out through gaps you cannot see. The rate is mostly out of your hands. The leaking is not. That second part is where a homeowner can actually claw money back, and it usually costs less than people expect. The Bay Area pays some of the highest power rates in the country California’s average residential rate runs about 80 percent above the national average. This is not in your head. According to the U.S. Energy Information Administration, California’s average residential electricity price ran about 32 cents per kilowatt-hour in early 2026, against a national average near 18 cents. That puts California roughly 80 percent above the rest of the country, and PG&E’s tiered residential rates often sit higher still. Rates climbed hard between 2022 and 2024 through a series of approved increases, then eased back a little at the start of 2026. Even with the recent dip, PG&E remains one of the most expensive places in America to run a furnace or an air conditioner. When each unit of energy costs that much, waste gets expensive fast. Every degree of heat your attic loses in January, you buy back in cash. The part of your bill nobody talks about Nine of ten U.S. homes are under-insulated, by ENERGY STAR’s estimate. Heating and cooling are the largest energy users in most homes. ENERGY STAR puts the combined share at more than half of a typical home’s energy use. So the question that matters is not really “how do I use the AC less.” It is “how much of the air I already paid to heat or cool is staying inside the house.” For a lot of Bay Area homes, the answer is “less than you would hope.” ENERGY STAR estimates that nine out of ten U.S. homes are under-insulated. Add leaky ductwork to that, and you are losing energy on two fronts. ENERGY STAR figures 20 to 30 percent of the air moving through a typical duct system escapes through leaks and bad connections before it ever reaches a room. The stack effect: why your house pulls in air it doesn’t want Here is the mechanism behind most of it. Warm air is lighter than cold air, so the air your furnace heats rises and looks for a way out the top of the house. Attic hatches, recessed lights, the holes where plumbing and wiring run through the ceiling. As that warm air escapes up high, it lowers the pressure down low, and the house pulls in cold replacement air through crawl space vents, foundation gaps, and leaky windows. Building scientists call…

### Is Rat Poison Illegal in California Now? What Homeowners Need to Know

- **Published:** 2026-06-09

- **Author:** Roni Galicia

**Summary:** California has pulled the most common rat poisons off the shelf. Here is why sealing rodents out beats poison, and how to protect your attic for good.

**Content:**

If you have reached for a box of rat bait lately and come up empty, you are not imagining it. California spent the last five years steadily restricting the anticoagulant poisons that homeowners and pest companies leaned on for decades. The latest round took effect in January 2025, and it changed the math for anyone dealing with rats in the attic. The short version: poison is no longer the easy answer it used to be. The better news is that the method that actually solves a rat problem for good was never the poison in the first place. We have built our whole approach around it. What California’s rat poison rules actually changed California’s 2020 and 2025 laws pulled the most common anticoagulant rat poisons from general use. Two laws did the heavy lifting. The California Ecosystems Protection Act of 2020 placed a moratorium on second-generation anticoagulant rodenticides, the strongest and most lethal bait products, while the state studied their effects on wildlife. Those were the poisons sold under names most people recognized from the hardware store shelf. Then came Assembly Bill 2552, signed in September 2024 and effective January 1, 2025. It extended the restrictions to first-generation anticoagulant rodenticides, the products containing diphacinone, chlorophacinone, and warfarin. Between the two laws, the rat poisons that used to be the default for a homeowner are now largely off-limits for general residential use. There are narrow exceptions for agriculture and public health, but your attic does not qualify. California’s pesticide regulators lay out the current rules and the handful of allowed uses in a plain-language Q&A if you want the regulatory detail. For most people, the takeaway is simple. The poison route has narrowed to almost nothing, and the state is steering everyone toward methods that do not leave dead animals in the walls. Why the state pulled these poisons off the shelf The poisons did not stay where people put them. An animal eats the bait, wanders off, and gets eaten by something higher up the food chain, and the poison moves with it. The numbers from California’s own wildlife studies are hard to look away from. The National Park Service found anticoagulant rodenticide compounds in more than 90 percent of the bobcats it tested after death, and in 26 of 27 local mountain lions. The same poison that kills a rat slowly can reach a hawk, an owl, a neighbor’s dog, or a curious toddler who finds the bait station behind the water heater. That is the risk the legislature decided was no longer worth it. If you have pets or kids, you probably reached the same conclusion on your own. Rats are moving into Bay Area attics in bigger numbers Roof rats can slip through a gap as small as a half inch. The timing is rough, because rodent pressure is going up, not down. A 2025 study published in Science Advances tracked rat populations in cities around the world and found San Francisco among the fastest-rising, with an…

Here is how we approach a few of them. Rossmoor A large 55-and-older community begun in 1963 with around 6,676 units, many of them garden-style attached homes that share attic and crawl planes, where insulation from that era is well below today’s R-value standards. Northgate Ranch and split-level homes toward Mount Diablo, built in the 1950s through 1970s on raised foundations, and strong candidates for attic top-ups and vapor barriers. Walnut Heights and Parkmead Established mid-century neighborhoods where attics were rarely air-sealed at the ceiling plane, so air sealing and re-insulation make a real difference on inland-summer bills. We live out in the country on a big property, and rodents in our walls and the crawlspace under our house has always been a problem for us. There has been this persistent smell of rodent urine in one of our closets for literally decades, no matter what we have done. Not any more! I could not recommend Rywen Insulation more highly for rodent control work. We've had rodent control people here before, but never at the level that Rywen takes things to. ### Air Duct Insulation Replacement in the Bay Area

**Summary:** Improve HVAC efficiency with air duct insulation replacement from Rywen Insulation. Bay Area licensed contractor, no subcontractors. Free estimate.

**Content:**

Air Duct Insulation Air Duct Insulation Replacement in the Bay Area Ducts routed through unconditioned attic space lose significant heating and cooling energy when the insulation surrounding them is old, damaged, or missing. Rywen installs and replaces duct insulation to restore thermal performance and improve overall HVAC efficiency. Schedule a free inspection Call Us Today! Free Inspection Same-Day Estimates In-House Crew No Subcontractors What Homeowners Experience When Duct Insulation Is Letting Energy Escape Before It Reaches the Living Space Air ducts running through hot or cold attics transfer conditioned air at significant energy cost when the insulation around them has degraded. These are the situations homeowners describe when they contact us about duct insulation: Rooms that never reach the temperature set on the thermostat even when the HVAC runs for extended periods High heating and cooling bills despite a functional and relatively new HVAC system Old flexible duct wrapped in thin or deteriorated insulation - visible during attic inspections Duct insulation that has fallen away from sections of the ductwork or been damaged by rodent activity A home with ductwork routed through an unconditioned attic where summer temperatures reach 140 degrees or more Common Questions Duct Insulation Questions We Hear Most Often How does duct insulation affect my energy bills? Yes. When we inspect your attic, we assess the condition of any visible ductwork and duct insulation as part of the same visit. If you are already replacing attic insulation, addressing duct insulation in the same visit typically reduces the overall cost compared to scheduling them separately. Is duct insulation replacement covered under the same inspection as attic insulation? We measure it during the inspection using a probe and compare it against California Title 24 standards for your climate zone. Most Bay Area homes are in Climate Zone 3, where R-38 is the minimum and R-49 delivers meaningful additional benefit. What if my ducts themselves are damaged or disconnected? Duct damage and disconnected sections are outside Rywen’s service scope, which covers insulation installation around ductwork. We document what we observe during the inspection and communicate clearly about what requires an HVAC contractor. We do not perform duct sealing or duct system repairs. How long does duct insulation replacement take? For most homes, duct insulation work in the attic is completed in one day, often on the same visit as attic insulation replacement. The Rywen Approach Duct Insulation That Reduces Energy Loss Between the System and the Room Rywen installs and replaces insulation around existing air duct systems. This work is often performed in combination with attic insulation replacement, since both improve overall thermal performance and the attic already needs to be accessed for that work. Free attic inspection that includes assessment of duct insulation condition and coverage Removal of old, deteriorated, or damaged duct insulation Installation of appropriate insulation material around existing ductwork sized to reduce heat gain and loss in the attic environment Securing and support of duct runs that have sagged or become partially disconnected over time Documentation…

Radiant Barrier Radiant Barrier Installation for Bay Area Attics A radiant barrier reflects radiant heat before it reaches your attic floor insulation, reducing cooling loads in summer and keeping living areas more comfortable. Rywen installs radiant barrier as a standalone service or as an add-on to attic insulation replacement for a more complete thermal solution. Schedule a free inspection Call Us Today! Free Inspection Same-Day Estimates In-House Crew No Subcontractors What Homeowners Experience When Your Attic Turns Into a Heat Collector in Summer In Bay Area homes with west-facing or south-facing roofs, attic temperatures can reach 140 to 160 degrees Fahrenheit on hot summer days. That heat radiates down through the attic floor and into living spaces, forcing air conditioners to run longer and harder. Homeowners who contact us about radiant barrier typically describe these situations: Upper floors or rooms directly below the attic that are noticeably hotter than the rest of the house Air conditioning that runs almost continuously during summer heat waves without adequately cooling the upper level High summer utility bills despite adequate attic insulation already in place A home with west or south roof exposure that catches afternoon sun directly An older home that has never had radiant barrier installed at any point Common Questions Radiant Barrier Questions We Hear Most Often Will a radiant barrier work in the Bay Area climate? Yes, particularly in homes with south or west-facing roofs and in areas that see consistent summer heat. The coastal microclimate varies considerably across the Bay Area – homes in the East Bay, South Bay, and inland Contra Costa experience more radiant heat gain than homes closer to the coast. We assess your specific situation during the inspection. Does radiant barrier replace attic insulation? No. Radiant barrier and attic insulation address different heat transfer mechanisms. Radiant barrier reflects infrared energy from roof decking. Insulation slows conductive heat transfer through the attic floor. Both are useful, and they work together. We evaluate which improvement will produce the most benefit for your home based on what is already installed. What brand of radiant barrier do you install? We use FI-FOIL Radiant Shield and DURAMOR Radiant Barrier+ depending on the application. Both are foil-faced products designed for rafter installation in residential attics. Can radiant barrier be added to an existing attic without replacing insulation? Yes. If your existing insulation is in good condition and at the correct R-value, a radiant barrier can be added to the rafter surfaces without disturbing the insulation on the attic floor. We assess this during the inspection and quote accordingly. How long does installation take? Most residential radiant barrier installations are completed in one day. The timeline depends on attic accessibility and square footage. The Rywen Approach Radiant Barrier That Reflects Heat at the Source Radiant barrier works differently from mass insulation. Instead of slowing heat flow, it reflects radiant energy from roof decking before it can transfer to attic air and then to the insulation below. Installed correctly on the underside of…

Attic and Crawl Space Cleaning Attic and Crawl Space Cleaning Services in the Bay Area Contaminated attics and crawl spaces are not just an odor problem. Rodent waste, decomposed insulation, and organic buildup affect air quality, accelerate structural damage, and create conditions that keep attracting animals. Lasting results usually pair cleanup with sealing rodent entry points. Rywen removes the material, treats affected surfaces, and installs clean insulation so the problem does not return. Schedule a free inspection Call Us Today! Free Inspection Same-Day Estimates In-House Crew No Subcontractors What Homeowners Experience When the Space Above or Below Your Home Needs More Than a Quick Fix Most homeowners do not check their attic or crawl space until something becomes noticeable. By the time odors or damage are obvious from inside the house, the cleanup needed below is usually significant. These are the situations we encounter most often: Persistent odor that does not improve with airing out or cleaning inside the house Visible droppings, nesting material, or urine staining throughout the attic or crawl space Insulation that is heavily compressed, soiled, or has broken down from moisture and contamination Old or deteriorated blown-in insulation that has settled below minimum R-value over the years A previous rodent proofing job where contaminated insulation was never removed Crawl space debris including old vapor barrier remnants, wood scraps, or organic buildup The Rywen Approach Full Removal, Decontamination, and Clean Reinstallation A cleaning job done correctly removes the source of the problem, not just the visible surface. Rywen uses commercial vacuum equipment with HEPA filtration for blown-in insulation removal, treats exposed wood and framing, and installs new material only after the space is confirmed clean and dry. In damp crawl spaces, cleaning is often the first step before encapsulation. Free inspection with documentation of contamination level, insulation condition, and moisture status Safe removal of blown-in insulation using HEPA-filtered commercial vacuum equipment Removal of fiberglass batt, nesting material, and debris by hand where necessary Decontamination and disinfection of affected wood surfaces - joists, rafters, subfloor, and sheathing Removal of old or damaged vapor barrier from crawl space floor Final cleaning of the space before new materials are installed New insulation installation and follow-up inspection before warranty is issued How It Works How the Cleaning Process Works step 1 Free Inspection We assess the full extent of contamination, document what we find with photos, and measure insulation levels. You receive a written report with a clear explanation of what needs to be done and why. step 2 Written Estimate Same-day pricing covering removal, decontamination, and new insulation installation. We break down each component so you know exactly what you are paying for. step 3 Removal Commercial vacuum equipment removes blown-in insulation safely. Batt insulation and debris are removed by hand where needed. Living areas are protected during the process. step 4 Decontamination Affected framing surfaces are treated with appropriate disinfectant products. ### Rodent Proofing & Wildlife Exclusion in the Bay Area

**Content:**

Rodent Proofing Rodent Proofing and Exclusion Services for Bay Area Homes Rodent proofing, also called rodent exclusion, means sealing every structural opening a rodent can use to get inside a house, and then confirming the seal held. Rats need a gap about the size of a half dollar and mice need one about the diameter of a quarter, so the openings that matter are usually too small to notice from the ground. Rywen inspects the attic and crawl space, documents and seals every entry point with galvanized steel mesh and rodent-rated materials, removes contaminated insulation, and returns about one week later to confirm there is no further activity before the warranty is issued. Schedule a free inspection Call Us Today! Free Inspection Same-Day Estimates In-House Crew No Subcontractors What Homeowners Experience What Homeowners Notice When Rodents Have Found a Way In Most homeowners do not know there is an entry problem until the signs become hard to ignore, and by then the damage is usually in the insulation. The longer it goes unaddressed, the more nesting material accumulates and the more structural surfaces are affected. Entry points cluster in predictable places, which is why rodent proofing services are priced by the openings rather than by the size of the house: the roofline, fascia and open roof returns, soffit panels, gable and dormer vents, the chimney chase, foundation vents and the crawl space, the garage door perimeter, and every pipe, cable and duct that passes through the exterior wall. These are the situations that usually prompt a call. Scratching, scurrying, or movement sounds at night - often coming from the attic or walls A persistent smell that does not go away even after cleaning Droppings in the attic, crawl space, or inside walls Visible damage to insulation - compressed sections, nesting material, or missing areas Gaps or openings around the roofline, soffits, foundation vents, or utility penetrations An attic or crawl space that has not been inspected in several years Rodents heard or seen in the garage, which is often the route into the wall cavities Screening that is missing or rusted through at gable vents, dormer vents, or the chimney chase The Rywen Approach Structural Exclusion That Addresses Every Entry Point - Not Just the Obvious Ones Most failed rodent proofing jobs miss entry points or use materials that do not hold up. When homeowners go looking for companies that rodent proof a house properly, the difference is almost never the sealant, it is how much of the structure actually got inspected. Rywen’s approach is systematic: we document every potential entry point in the attic, the crawl space, and the exterior envelope during the inspection, seal each one with materials rated for rodent resistance, and return about one week later to verify the work held before the warranty is issued. Free 40-60 minute attic and crawl space inspection with photo documentation of all active and potential entry points Sealing of gaps in soffits, fascia, roof returns, and roofline using galvanized…
